I believe it is important as a therapist to recognize that there is no one sized fits all approach. My goal is provide a safe environment for clients and listen without judgment. I draw from a number of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and person-centered therapy.
I have experience working with individuals who have endured trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I enjoy working with clients coming from a diverse range of backgrounds and am passionate about helping my clients achieve growth and healing as I support as I support them through the process.
